Collection: Fulvio Bianconi

Fulvio Bianconi was a Italian designer born in 1915 in Padua.

He settled in Milan and worked throughout his life with the Milanese publishing houses Mondadori, Bompiani and Garzanti as a graphic designer and illustrator.

These professions were combined with his constant passion for glass.
In 1946, he made frequent trips to Murano to study the art of glassmaking. There he met Paolo Venini, a decisive encounter for both: the creativity of this young man marked a turning point in the history of VENINI.

His legacy lives on as his design contains new movements and colours appearing, demostrating a strong sense of modernity while also using ancient skills and methods
