Timeless-art is experienced in worldwide shipping and therefore we use different European companies to get the best price rates. We are experienced in house packing department and this will be taken care of with much care and safety. For packing we use bubble wrap, foam, cardboard, wooden pallets and crates if necessary, depending on the fragility of the object and its destination. With great care we will transport the goods to the customer and insurance is possible if wanted. In Holland, Belgium, the north of France or Germany we deliver personally depending on the object and clients wishes or needs

IIf desired, an item can be returned or picked up at the customer's expense. This must be reported by email immediately upon receipt. Clearly state the reason for returning the item. Returns are possible within 7 days of purchase/receipt, provided the item is in the exact same condition as when purchased. The buyer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred for returning or returning items to us. The customer will receive 85% of the purchase price back.
