Timeless Art holds data about you because you have provided this data to us.
What are your rights?

Right of access
You can always view and, if necessary, change your own (personal) data in your account. If you wish to see the personal data recorded about you by Timeless Art, you may submit a request for access.

If you wish to make changes to the personal data you have viewed following an access request and which you cannot change yourself in your account, you may submit a request to Timeless Art. You may request Timeless Art to amend, correct, supplement, delete or block your data.

Response by Timeless Art
A request may be sent to info@timeless-art.nl. Timeless Art will respond to your request as soon as possible and in any case no later than one (1) month after receiving such a request. If Timeless Art rejects your request, we will explain the reason for the rejection in our response.
Recipients of personal data
It may be that Timeless Art is obliged to provide your data to a third party, for example due to a legal obligation.
