Timeless Art is experienced in worldwide shipping and therefore works with various European transport companies to obtain the best shipping rates. We have our own in-house packing department, where all items are packed with the utmost care and attention to safety. For packaging, we use bubble wrap, foam, cardboard, wooden pallets and crates when necessary, depending on the fragility of the object and its destination. With great care, we transport the goods to the customer, and insurance is available upon request. Within the Netherlands, Belgium, northern France or Germany, we may deliver personally, depending on the object and the wishes or needs of the client.
IIf desired, an item may be returned or collected at the customer’s expense. This must be reported by email immediately upon receipt. Please clearly state the reason for returning the item. Returns are possible within 7 days of purchase or receipt, provided the item is in exactly the same condition as when purchased. The buyer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred for returning items to us. The customer will receive 85% of the purchase price refunded.
