An elegant and beautifully sculptural table lamp designed by the renowned Austrian lighting designer J.T. Kalmar in the 1950s.

The lamp features a gracefully curved brass frame with flowing lines that perfectly capture the refined aesthetic of mid-century Austrian design. Its elegant silhouette is complemented by a newly made lampshade in luxurious wild silk, adding warmth, texture and a sophisticated natural finish.

The shade is beautifully detailed with leather accents, creating a subtle contrast between the softness of the silk and the rich character of the materials. The brass frame has been carefully repolished, restoring its beautiful lustre and enhancing its timeless appeal.

Combining elegant proportions, luxurious materials and understated craftsmanship, this lamp is a wonderful example of the sophisticated lighting designs associated with J.T. Kalmar.

Perfect for a refined living room, bedside table, desk or stylish reading corner, this exceptional piece brings warmth, character and authentic 1950s elegance to any interior.

A timeless design object that effortlessly combines Austrian mid-century heritage with contemporary sophistication.
