Article 1: Definitions

1.1 In these general terms and conditions, “Timeless Art” shall mean the general partnership Timeless Art, having its registered office at Rosmolenweg 1, (5807EM) Oostrum, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 65103858.

1.2 “Customer” shall mean any visitor to the webshop, whether a natural person or legal entity, who places an order via the Timeless Art webshop.

Article 2: Applicability

2.1 These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the Timeless Art webshop.

2.2 By placing an order, the customer accepts the applicability of these General Terms and Conditions.

2.3 Deviations from these General Terms and Conditions are only valid if expressly agreed in writing, in which case the remaining provisions of these General Terms and Conditions shall remain fully in force.

2.4 Timeless Art reserves the right to amend or supplement these General Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Article 3: Agreement

3.1 An agreement is concluded at the moment an order confirmation is sent to the customer by email to the email address provided by the customer. Once the order has been confirmed by email, a valid agreement exists between the customer and Timeless Art. To the extent permitted by law, this electronic confirmation shall serve as presumptive evidence.

3.2 Only orders containing a clear name, address details and telephone number will be processed.

3.3 Reserved items will be held for a maximum of 10 days. After this period, reserved items will be offered for sale again, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
