Artikelen worden verstuurd als het totaalbedrag (incl. verzendkosten) is bijgeschreven op bankrekeningnummer van de Timeless Art. Zodra het geld op de rekening staat zal het artikel binnen 5 werkdagen worden verstuurd. Door middel van een trackingcode kunt u het pakket volgen.
Wij leveren niet alleen tot de deur, indien mogelijk en in goed overleg (lift aanwezig, extra handjes bij het tillen) leveren we de goederen tot in de gewenste ruimte. Een eventuele meerprijs wordt vooraf met u afgesproken.
Retourneren
Indien gewenst kan een artikel retour gestuurd worden op kosten van de klant. Dit moet dan direct na ontvangst gemeld worden via een e-mail. Retour sturen kan binnen 7 dagen na aankoop/ontvangst van het artikel, enkel mits het artikel in exact dezelfde conditie/staat is als bij de verkoop.
Gemaakte kosten voor het verzenden naar de klant en/of het terug sturen of brengen van artikelen, zijn voor rekening van de koper.
